This mushroom contains several unique substances that attract researchers including the ability to stimulate nerve growth and improve cognitive functions.

Ingredients:

  • 250g fresh Lion's Mane Mushrooms
  • 1 large onion
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • 1 small piece ginger
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cilantro Leaves for garnish (Optional)

Instructions:

  1. Clean off the Lion's mane mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them thinly.
